Oroville, California, 11-12 May 2017:The NORTHERN RECON GROUP supports a Military Vehicle Display at Feather Falls Casino. All vehicles should be in place by 1600 hrs./4 PM on 11 May 2017. Vehicles will be on display again on 12 May from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM. If you are planning to display a vehicle please contact me with the following information; what you will display, and the number of people with your vehicle and will you need a room. San Francisco, California. 20 May 2017: The NORTHERN RECON GROUP supports the SS Jeremiah O'Brien Veterans Memorial Cruise. Come aboard the SS Jeremiah O'Brien and experience another year of living history. Questions? Review some common questions about boarding procedures, directions, and parking. Cleveland, Ohio, 21-24 June 2017: The 42nd Annual Military Vehicle Preservation Association Military Vehicle Convention and Show will be held in Cleveland, Ohio!Pre-registration is only open to MVPA members and guests, and is highly encouraged for this year’s event (as it is every year) to save you time and money. Onsite registration increases by $5.00 at the door. Registered attendees will be allowed to enter the convention, by their own entrance, beginning on Wednesday (6/21) from noon until 7:00 p.m., and again Thursday (6/22) from 8:00 a.m. until 3:00 p.m. At 3:00 p.m. Thursday (6/22) the event opens to the public. Parking for the event will be $10 per day on site, however, the MVPA is offering an early 4-day parking pass for only $20. After the event opens to the public there will be no registrations taken by the MVPA, and NO parking passes will be sold on site. At that time everyone who is NOT registered will have to pay and enter as public. To avoid the increase REGISTER NOW!

Marysville, California, 11 November 2017: The NORTHERN RECON GROUP supports the annual Veterans Day Parade and Activities in Marysville. On 11 NOV will be the same plan as in years past! (Since 1999) Line up on 8th Street from 0900-1100 and parade starts at 1100. Immediately following the parade we will convoy over for a display of our vehicles at the American Legion Post 807 of Linda will have a low cost BBQ lunch and fundraiser for Yountville Veterans Hospital immediately following the parade.
